Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (D)
Welcome to Vietnam. Today, upon arrival at Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport, our tour guide will greet and transfer you to your hotel in Hanoi. In the afternoon, enjoy walking tour in the Old Quarter. In the evening, be our guest at local restaurant for welcome dinner with authentic Vietnamese cuisines. Stay overnight in Hanoi hotel.

Day 2: Hanoi (B)
After breakfast at your hotel, visit Ho Chi Minh Complex including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh's House on Stilt and One Pillar Pagoda, then visit Temple of Literature, built 1070 which is the first university in Vietnam. The next attraction is Vietnam National Museum of Ethnology, the special collection of 54 ethnic minorities in Vietnam. In the afternoon, make your way to Hoan Kiem Lake for Ngoc son Temple and Dong Xuan Market and in the evening, you will be entertained by Water Puppet Show and Vietnamese traditional music at Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre. Day 03: Hanoi - Maichau (B)
After breakfast at hotel, the morning drive to Hoa Binh allows you to visit Muong and Dao village in evergreen valley then continue to Mai Chau, the home of Thai minority. In the afternoon, visit the Chief of Thai Community to learn the history, traditions, and festivals of Thai Ethnic Minority. Tonight, the special treat is traditional dance by ethnic artists. Stay overnight in Mai Chau.

Day 04: Maichau - Hanoi (B)
Enjoy breakfast at Thai house and visit other villages in the town and Mai Chau Market. In the afternoon, drive back to Hanoi and the balance of the day is at leisure and stay overnight in Hanoi.

Day 5: Hanoi - Halong bay (B, L, D)
Today, get up early for morning Tai Chi with local people at Hoan Kiem Lake, then have "Pho" the typical breakfast for Vietnamese people. Travel to Halong Bay, enjoy drive though the rural area with scenic view of rice paddy field in the Red River Delta. You may be lucky enough to see cows or pigs on motor bike or Vietnamese kids ridding on water buffalo flying kites. On the way, enjoy famous Vietnamese Coffee at Vietnam Handicraft Center. Upon arrival, check in Vietnamese wooden cruise in Halong Bay. Journey along the spectacular limestone islands, floating villages while having sea food lunch, then disembark to visit 'Sung Sot' or Surprising Cave, one of the most beautiful grottos in Halong Bay. The next stop is Titop Island where you could swim on sandy beach or climb up to the top for panoramic view. In the evening, you will be delighted by candle lighting dinner on board with seafood dishes. Stay overnight on cruise in Ha Long Bay.

Day 6: Halong Bay - Hanoi - Danang - Hoian (B, L)
A breakfast will be served in the restaurant with the combination of western style and local cuisines. Then experience the bay up close and personal with a leisure sampan to "Hang Luon" or "Lagoon Cave" which allows you to see flora and fauna system of Catba National Park. Continue to Halong City, disembark and enjoy seafood lunch at local restaurant and drive back to Hanoi airport for a short flight to Da Nang then transfer to Hoian. Day 7: Hoian - Hue (B, D)
After your breakfast, bike shortly to the Ancient Town of Hoian and take a walking tour to Japanese Covered Bridge, Phung Hung Ancient House, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall and Chua Ong Pagoda. In the afternoon, enjoy peaceful boat ride along the Thu Bon River to Thanh Ha Ceramic Village then check out resort in Hoian and travel to the former Imperial Capital of Hue. On the way, visit the Cham Museum, the last collection of powerful Kingdom of Champa and drive over the 'Pass of Ocean and Clouds'. Day 8: Hue (B)
Rise for an early breakfast, followed by a visit to the city's vibrant Dong Ba Market then The Imperial Citadel where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled the country between 1802 and 1945. After exploring the ruins of this wonderful monument, depart to the Hue Royal Fine Arts Museum and one of Hue's beautiful garden houses. The afternoon dragon boat trip on The Perfume River to Thien Mu Pagoda allows you to discover the history Buddhism in Vietnam then visit King Minh Mang's Tomb and King Khai Dinh' Tomb where you can compare the contrast of traditional and modern architectures. Day 9: Hue - Hochiminh City (B, D)
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, this Vietnam vacation continues with a short flight to dynamic Ho Chi Minh City, followed by an oriental visit to the former Presidential Palace, the War Remnants Museum, the colonial Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Saigon Post Office. Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (D)
Welcome to Vietnam, Vietnam Crafts and Artists. Today, upon arrival at Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport, our tour guide will greet and transfer you by private car to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, one of the most interesting museums in Vietnam. In the evening, you will enjoy welcomed dinner at local restaurant with authentic Vietnamese cuisines. Stay overnight in Hanoi hotel.

Day 2: Hanoi – Mai Chau (B)
We leave Hanoi for Mai Chau which is located in green valley that is inhabited by several ethnic minorities, including H’mong and Thai peoples. After 3 hours driving in mountainous area, we will be arrival at the Thai village of Ban Lac where we will stay overnight with the locals. The whole afternoon, you will discover the village with tour guide. First, we stop to visit the head of community to go along the history of The Thai People, culture, traditions, festivals.... In the evening, enjoy a musical presentation by local dancers and singers. At the end, we try traditional Ruou Can” (rice wine) from a long-curved reed. Stay overnight in Mai Chau.

Day 3: Mai Chau – Hanoi – Sapa (B)
In the morning, take a walk to the local market. Here we see some of very interesting foods like bamboo shoots, bee honey, then continue to visit the surrounding. In the afternoon, we leave Mai Chau for Hanoi. In the evening, you will transfer to Hanoi Train Station to embark on the overnight train to Sapa. Stay overnight on train.

Day 4: Sapa Day Tour (B)
Today, upon arrival at Lao Cai Train Station around 6 am, we will drive up to Sapa which is located 1600 m high above the sea level, enjoy breakfast at local restaurant and visit Sapa Market and The Black Hmong Village of Cat Cat. In the afternoon, visit the Zay Village of Ta Van, The Black Mong Village of Lao Chai and The Red Dao Village of Ta Phin where we can view most intriguing work & collection of ancient designs of local weaver, enjoy bast fiber (smashing, bleaching...), visit indigo or hemp farms and study batik & tritik technique and H'mong and Dzao textiles. In the evening, free at leisure. Stay overnight in Sapa hotel.

Day 5: Sapa – Bac Ha – Hanoi (B)
Today, we drive from Sapa to Bac Ha, 100 Km away. Bac Ha is a small town that is famous for its colorful Sunday market. The Flower H'mong women wear checkered head scarves and brightly colored tops and skirts decorated with elaborate embroidery. The main goods on sale here are livestock such as buffalos, pigs, chickens, and horses, local products like rice wine, household items, brightly dyed wool, hill tribe garments, and ethnic handicrafts such as jewelry, baskets, and textiles. After visiting the market, drive back to Lao Cai Tran Station for overnight train to Hanoi. On the way, visit the border gate between Vietnam and China. At 9 pm embark and stay overnight on train.

Day 6: Hanoi – Danang – Hoian (B)
Upon arrival in Hanoi, transfer to Noi Bai Airport for a short flight to Danang, and then continue to Hoian. Hoian is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, mainly because of its Chinese, Japanese and European influenced architecture. In the afternoon, relax on Cua Dai Beach or spend time to visit silk and handicraft villages along the Thu Bon River. The evening is on your own schedules. Stay overnight at hotel in Hoian.

Day 7: Hoian (B, D)
This morning, Visit Hoian’s highlights including Japanese Covered Bridge, Phung Hung House, Chinese Assembly Hall, Quan Ong Pagoda, visit Thanh Ha Pottery Village by boat. In the afternoon, enjoy cooking demonstration and market tour with local chef. The market tour will give you an insight not just into the scents and flavor of Vietnamese herbs and spices but also market culture - how to bargain and where to buy your goods. Our chef will talk you through today's dishes then leading you through each dish, giving you plenty of opportunity to get involved and try your hand at reproducing the flavors for dinner. Dine on the dishes you have just prepared. We will also supply you with a recipe containing all the information you need to reproduce an authentic taste back home. Your evening is at leisure. Day 8: Hoian - Danang - Ho Chi Minh (B, D)
After breakfast at hotel, we transfer to the Danang International airport for a short flight to Ho Chi Minh City. In the afternoon, enjoy the oriental tour to the War Remnants Museum, Reunification Palace, China Town, Ben Thanh Market. Enjoy warm dinner at the restaurant and then free evening for your own discovery. Stay overnight at hotel in Hochiminh.

Day 9: Ho Chi Minh Departure (B)

Morning wake up by the sounds of the sea. Take a morning swim then move to sampan for Luon Cave exploration. On the occasion, you may lucky enough to see monkey and sea hawks on Island cliffs and continue to Halong City, from the junk you can easily to see municipal church, Fish Market and City Hall then check out and enjoy the last seafood lunch at local restaurant. Day 06: Laocai Train Station- Sapa (B)
At 6 am, disembark Lao Cai Train Station then drive up for 1 hour to Sapa, the home of six different hill tribes. Do pre-check in procedure and enjoy "Pho" the typical breakfast for Vietnamese People. You will then take morning walks to Sapa Market where you can find all local ethnic minority's art and craft items and Cat Cat village for Black Hmong village. Next is the Red Dao Village of Taphin, one of dominant hilly tribe in Sapa. In the afternoon, you will trek along natural stream for village of Lao Chai where 30 Black Hmong families living together. Day 07: Sapa - Bacha Market - Sapa (B)
After breakfast at your hotel, check out and enjoy drive on mountain road to Bac Ha Market, the biggest mountainous market where 10 different tribes are selling their home-made products. Lunch at local restaurant then visit Mong Royal Palace built by French in 1923 and drive back to Sapa. On the way, stop at border gate between Vietnam and China. Stay overnight in Sapa hotel.

Day 08: Sapa - Phong Tho (B)
Today, drive to Phong Tho Market which is only opened on Friday. After visiting the market, trek to the Village of Lu and Thai Minority which is located in Ban Hon Valley. In the afternoon, visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, one of the most interesting museums in Vietnam. Day 2: Hanoi – Mai Chau (B)
We leave Hanoi for Mai Chau which is located in green valley that is inhabited by several ethnic minorities, including H’mong and Thai peoples. After 3 hours driving in mountainous area, we will be arrival at the Thai village of Ban Lac where we will stay overnight with the locals. The whole afternoon, you will discover the village with tour guide. First, we stop to visit the head of community to go along the history of The Thai People, culture, traditions, festivals.... In the evening, enjoy a musical presentation by local dancers and singers. At the end, we try traditional Ruou Can” (rice wine) from a long-curved reed. Stay overnight in Mai Chau.

Day 3: Mai Chau – Hanoi – Sapa (B)
In the morning, take a walk to the local market. Here we see some of very interesting foods like bamboo shoots, bee honey, local textile then continue to visit the surrounding. In the afternoon, we leave Mai Chau for Hanoi. In the evening, you will transfer to Hanoi Train Station to embark on the overnight train to Sapa. Stay overnight on train.

Day 4: Sapa day tour (B)
Today, upon arrival at Lao Cai Train Station around 6 am, we will drive up to Sapa which is located 1600 m high above the sea level, enjoy breakfast at local restaurant and visit Sapa Market and The Black Hmong Village of Cat Cat. In the afternoon, By visiting the Zay Village of Ta Van, The Black Mong Village of Lao Chai and The Red Dao Village of Ta Phin, we can view most intriguing work & collection of ancient designs of local weaver, enjoy bast fiber (smashing, bleaching...), visit indigo or hemp farms and study batik & tritik technique and H'mong and Dzao textiles. In the evening, free at leisure. Stay overnight in Sapa hotel.

Day 5: Sapa – Bac Ha – Hanoi (B)
Today, we drive from Sapa to Bac Ha, 100 Km away. Bac Ha is a small town that is famous for its colorful Sunday market. The Flower H'mong women wear checkered head scarves and brightly colored tops and skirts decorated with elaborate embroidery. The main goods on sale here are livestock such as buffalos, pigs, chickens, and horses, local products like rice wine, household items, brightly dyed wool, hill tribe garments, and ethnic handicrafts such as jewelry, baskets, and textiles. After visiting the market, drive back to Lao Cai Tran Station for overnight train to Hanoi. On the way, visit the border gate between Vietnam and China. At 9 pm embark and stay overnight on train.

Day 6: Hanoi – Danang – Hoian (B)
Upon arrival in Hanoi, transfer to Noi Bai Airport for a short flight to Danang, and then continue to Hoian. Hoian is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, mainly because of its Chinese, Japanese and European influenced architecture. In the afternoon, relax on Cua Dai Beach or spend time to visit silk and handicraft villages along the Thu Bon River. The evening is on your own schedules. Stay overnight at hotel in Hoian.

Day 7: Hoian (B, D)
This morning, Visit highlights of Hoian including Japanese Covered Bridge, Phung Hung House, Chinese Assembly Hall, Quan Ong Pagoda, visit Thanh Ha Pottery Village by boat. In the afternoon, enjoy cooking demonstration and market tour with local chef. The market tour will give you an insight not just into the scents and flavor of Vietnamese herbs and spices but also market culture - how to bargain and where to buy your goods. Our chef will talk you through today's dishes then leading you through each dish, giving you plenty of opportunity to get involved and try your hand at reproducing the flavors for dinner. On the way stop to visit Cham Museum, the last collection of powerful Champa Kingdom in 14th century. Next is Nonnuoc Stone Carving Village and continue to Hoian. Stay overnight at hotel in Hoian.

Day 8: Hoian - Cooking Class at Red Bridge Cooking School (B, D)
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy oriental tour in Hoian including Japanese Covered Bridge, Chinese Assembly Hall and Phung Hung Houses. In the afternoon come to the Hai Scout Cafe at 98 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street to meet the Chef for cooking demonstration. First, have a lesson of buying ingredients to be used later. After the market visit, embark on boat for a leisure cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoian River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. Upon arrival, explore the cooking school's herbs and vegetable garden before learning Hoians and Vietnam's well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours. Afternoon, we are start to sightseeing the Phnom Penh including Royal Palace which is situated on the site of the former citadel and built by king Norodom in 1966. The next stop is Silver Pagoda, home to a glittering array of Buddhist statuary. Silver Pagoda is also called the Pagoda of the Emerald Buddha and located inside the Royal Palace. Day 10: Siem Reap (B, L, D)
After breakfast, visit the harrowing genocide museum at Tuol Sleng and the Killing Fields of Choeng Ek, both enduring memorials to the gruesome and brutal rule of the Khmer Rouge and then Russian Market. Lunch at local restaurant and transfer to Phnom Penh International airport for a short flight to Siem Reap, upon arrival transfer to hotel for check in. We start to visit Preah Khan which is one of the largest complexes at Angkor, was built by King Jayavarman VII in the late 12th century. We also visit Ta Prohm Temple. We finish our tour at Neak Pean Temple where has a large holy square pool. Enjoy dinner at local restaurant and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 11: Siem Reap (B, L, D)
This morning, we visit Ta Prohm which was a Buddhist temple and built to dedicate to the mother of Jayavarman VII. We continue to visit Takeo, the first Angkorian monument built entirely of sandstone. We also visit Chau Say Tevoda and Thommanon temples then enjoy lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit Srah Srang (Pool of Ablutions), Banteay Kdei, built in 1186 by Jayavarman VII who was a Mahayana Buddhist and then visit Eastern Mebon which has some large guardian elephants on each corner and enjoy sunset from Phnom Bakheng Hill. Day 12: Siem Reap (B, L, D)
After breakfast, we journey to the Mother of all temples, Angkor Wat. Built in the 12th century by King Suryavarman II, this is most famous temple at Angkor Complexes. The construction on Banteay Srei began in 967 and it is “Citadel of the Women” Continue to visit Banteay Samre, built by King Suryavarman II and enjoy sunset at Pre Rup temple.
